eSett will clarify and harmonise the Reconciliation naming and invoices for Sweden to be consistent with the Imbalance naming and invoices. This is not expected to require any actions from customers and the impact is only visual in Online Service and on reconciliation invoices.

The change is planned to be introduced with the upcoming system version in January 2026.

In Online Service, the change can be seen in the views Reconciliation and Reconciliation per MGA. The headers of following columns will be renamed, so that they will be unambiguous and consistent with the Imbalance views:

  • Bought Reconciliation Quantity [MWh] → eSett Reconciliation Sales [MWh]
  • Sold Reconciliation Quantity [MWh] → eSett Reconciliation Purchase [MWh]
  • Bought Reconciliation Amount → eSett Reconciliation Sales Amount
  • Sold Reconciliation Amount → eSett Reconciliation Purchase Amount

The PDF invoices for reconciliation will have a similar visual change. Sales by eSett shall be the actual debit products, and Purchases by eSett shall be the actual credit products. After the change, the invoices will be consistent with both the Online Service views and with the Imbalance invoices:

  • Sold Reconciliation and Bought Reconciliation Quantities, Prices and Amounts will switch places between each other.
  • Interest on Sold Reconciliation and Interest on Bought Reconciliation Amounts will switch places between each other.
