Strategic reserve fee in Sweden for winter 2026/27

Balance responsible parties active in Sweden will be charged a strategic reserve fee during winter 2026/27. The preliminary fee is EUR 0.57/MWh, and it applies to consumption in the Swedish bidding zones SE3 and SE4 during the delivery period from 16 November 2026 to 15 March 2027. eSett will invoice the fee during the period. The fee will be adjusted during and after the winter period to ensure that the collected revenues correspond to the actual costs of the strategic reserve.
