eSett has established a Customer Committee to provide a dialogue between eSett and its stakeholders and support on developing Nordic imbalance settlement (NBS) model and eSett´s processes. Previously active Reference Group, supporting the commissioning of the NBS model, was replaced by the Customer Committee after NBS go-live took place on May 2017.

Customer Committee members are nominated by the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and appointed by eSett. Members represent different NBS roles, which are Balance responsible party, Retailer and Distribution System Operator. NBS countries´ regulators and TSO representatives are also the members of the committee.

eSett Customer Committee has had two meetings after go-live. First meeting was held on 21th of June and second one on 14th of November 2017. Rules of procedure, member list and meeting materials are published on eSett´s website .
