Modified schedule for Operational Test Run

Based on the experiences from the last two weeks of Connectivity Testing, eSett has slightly modified the plan for the upcoming steps of the Operational Test Run. The modifications are due to minor delays in the delivery of important functionalities that are needed for the shadow settlement.
