1.4.2016 / Operational Test Run starts on Monday 4.4.2016

Nordic Imbalance Settlement project is taking significant step forward, as the Operational test run begins on Monday 4th of April 2016 at 10 EET. eSett encourages all market participants to be active and participate actively in Operational test run.

During the first week of the OTR, the focus is on making sure that all stakeholders are able to log in to Online Service successfully. Connectivity information and Online Service credentials will be delivered to company administrators during this week.

After succesful login, stakeholders should start testing by

•adding the users and their contact details as well as possible Service Providers as Online Service users
•verifying the connection details on Online Service (Administration Market Party detail) please refer more information from online service user guide

If you for some reason encounter any problems in logging on Online service, please send a service request to eSett´s ticketing system here. Include in the service request the following information: company name, market participant code, name of admin user, admin user’s mobile phone number and e-mail address. Also please add a short description of the encountered problem.

eSett wishes market participants to familiarize themselves with the details of OTR guide and test cases available at eSett website.

Stakeholders are kindly asked to notify eSett when they start testing activities by creating a service request in eSett´s ticketing system.

Please take into account that eSett is expecting to receive many service requests and response times might be exceeded. eSett wishes patience from stakeholders as all service requests will be handled by customer service as soon as possible, prioritising the requests regarding Online Service login.

Therefore, we recommend to start the testing of Messaging Service test cases (described in the Guide to OTR and test cases, Chapter 4.3) from the beginning of the week 15.
