As a response to our customer feedback, eSett has made improvements in our service request tickets. After the change the layout will be improved, and the conversation will be more readable. We have also added a possibility to add attachments directly into our service request form.
eSett will launch the new improvements during week 50. During a short transition period open tickets might appear as less readable, and thus eSett may close and reopen some tickets in order to mitigate the inconvenience.
